PURPOSE: A centrifugal machine is provided which places two switches to separate a soft layer in blood through two processes so that it enables users to operate in an easy way. CONSTITUTION: The centrifugal machine for thrombocyte concentration comprises the parts of: a cover part(10) wherein a hole is formed in the upper part; a centrifugal separation tool(40) wherein a conic hole is formed for a falcon tube to be inserted externally from left side; a rotation member which includes a buffer member to rotate the centrifugal machine and absorb vibration; a control part which is controlled by a micom as the operation of a first and a second button switch(S1,S2) to rotate or stop for certain time at regular speed; and a body wherein an inner case and a control panel part(130) are formed .
