METHOD FOR FIXING SPACER OF FIELD EMISSION DISPLAY

PURPOSE: A method for fixing spacer of field emission display is provided to improve a process yield and reliability of the device. CONSTITUTION: A spacer(10) is formed to have at least one folding part. The first metal film is formed on black matrix(22) of upper substrate(20) that anode is formed. The second metal film is formed on support substrate(15) to support spacer. A polyimid film pattern is formed to expose the second metal film of portion corresponding to above spacer, exposing selectively and developing polyimid film after forming photosensitive polyimid film(19). Upper substrate(20) is adhered closely with spacer inserting spacer into space between polyimid film pattern of support substrate(15) and arranging support substrate(15) and upper substrate(20). Above spacer is adhered licensing the first metal film of upper substrate and the second metal film of support substrate.
