PURPOSE: Provided is an inorganic compound sol for producing a photo-selective absorbing film applied to a headlight lamp, a liquid crystal display panel, a plasma display panel, and etc. CONSTITUTION: The inorganic compound sol comprises an organic solvent having protonic property having a permittivity of less than 30, 0.01-3mol/kg of cobalt cations, 0.01-10mol/kg of aluminium cations, and an inorganic binder having a refraction rate of 1.3-2.3, wherein the organic solvent is one selected from the group consisting of 2-butanol, 2-propanol, 2-ethoxy methanol, 2-ethoxy ethanol, and 2-ethoxy butanol. The photo-selective absorbing film is produced by coating a matter with the inorganic compound sol and then curing the inorganic compound sol. |
