PURPOSE: Provided are method for preparation of Chinese stuffed pancake made of corn powder which has savory taste by mixing wheat flour with corn powder and maintains original elements of corn. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparation of Chinese stuffed pancake made of corn powder is characterized in that wheat flour is mixed with corn powder in kneading process. The mixing ratio of wheat flour to corn powder is favorably 1 : 0.5-1.5.
