PURPOSE: A plastic case is provided to protect human body from electromagnetic wave generated from a computer monitor, through the use of an attachable type electromagnetic wave shield device with a low cost. CONSTITUTION: A plastic case(10) includes a powdery electromagnetic wave absorbing member(30), and nickel-molybdenum steel(20) arranged at the top and bottom of the powdery electromagnetic wave absorbing material. The case is shaped as a circle or ellipsoid to be easily attached/detached to/from a computer monitor. The powdery electromagnetic wave absorbing member is shaped similarly to the inner periphery of the case such that the absorbing member is easily attached to the inner periphery of the case. The case with the absorbing member and the nickel-molybdenum steel incorporated into the case, is coupled with the bottom plate of the case, and high frequency welded.
