PURPOSE: An one-touch pulp paper cover opener is provided to easily open a cover of a container by holding an elliptic handle with one hand and pulling a thread ring with one finger. CONSTITUTION: An one-touch pulp paper cover opener includes a durable general thread(4) sufficiently formed to fit the width of a cover, wherein the thread are roundly knotted and passes from the center of the upper corner of elliptic handles(3) formed on both sides of the cover oppositely to the lower part and are drawn to the edge of the rear, so that the thread is divided into two branches and stuck in the corners for being formed oppositely to the handles.
