PURPOSE: An outer pipe forming mold has sufficient suction force to form an outer pipe with flections evenly repeated. CONSTITUTION: A forming drum(10) contacts with an inner/outer resin extrusion part(2) and rotates to form an outer pipe(100) with outer resin(110) supplied from the inner/outer resin extrusion part(2). A vacuum suction device(20) discharges air flowing out from the inside of the forming drum(10) through air flowing out passages(A) to make the outer resin(110) passing the inside of the forming drum(10) to adhere to a spiral forming groove(10a). A cooling device(30) cools the whole forming drum(10) to rapidly form the outer pipe(100) adhering to the spiral forming groove(10a).
