PURPOSE: A roll forming impact beam structure has improved sectional shape having better rigidity against impact. CONSTITUTION: An impact beam(30) comprises a front panel(32) of C sectional form with a protrusion on the middle and a rear panel(34) of C sectional form. The front panel(32) is fixed on one side of an energy absorber(4) of a car bumper and has a first perpendicular part(36) with a flange(36a) bended perpendicularly on one end thereof formed with a certain length, a second perpendicular part(38) formed by being bended to C form and having a C-shaped protrusion(40) on the middle thereof and a third perpendicular part(42) formed symmetrically with the first perpendicular part(36) and having a flange(42a) bended perpendicularly on the other end thereof. The rear panel(34) is fixed to one end of a car bumper stay(8) and has a first perpendicular part(50) fixed between one surface of the bumper stay(8) and one side of the first perpendicular part(36) of the front panel(32), a second perpendicular part(52) being a C-shaped protrusive front end bended from the first perpendicular part(50) to be fixed to one surface of the second perpendicular part(38) of the front panel(32) and a third perpendicular part(54) formed the other end symmetrically with the first perpendicular part(50) and fixed between one surface of the bumper stay(8) and one surface of the third perpendicular part(42) of the front panel(32).
