PURPOSE: A multi-step advertisement system and method is provided to allow a user to designate a lottery number by clicking each figure, and to link a new advertisement offering site every time the user selects a wanted number CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a lottery server transmitting a home page and cookies to a client for performing the number designation type lottery(S200-S230), the server receiving the lottery number selected in the client, determining the figure and the number, checking the URL linked to the number, transmitting a URL request signal to a corresponding client server, the client server receiving the URL request signal, reading the URL resource from a database and transmitting a corresponding advertisement to the client(S450), the lottery server determining if the web client finishes designation of all the lottery number(S500), the lottery server repeating the above steps if the web client does not finish the designation of the lottery number, the lottery server transmitting the cookie request signal to the web browser, receiving the cookie, and determining the lottery number based on the cookie if the client finishes the designation of the lottery number.
