PURPOSE: A panel to intercept dust and noise is provided to cut off dust and noise more effectively and reduce installation costs while the panels are airtightly assembled without special members. CONSTITUTION: A dust and noise intercepting panel comprises a frame(10) and a panel(20). The frame has a guide part(11) and is installed on the ground. The guide part is formed in H shape and has a width T. The panel is installed between the frames and has a noise intercepting member. On the upside of the panel, front, rear, and middle projected-parts(41,42,43) are made. At the bottom of the panel, front, rear, and middle depressed-part(31,32,33) are shaped. Each projected part of one panel is inserted in the depressed part of the other panel, so that more than 3 layers are formed when the panels are assembled. Therefore, the panels are airtightly assembled, and noise and dust are cut off more effectively. Also, The cost of installation is reduced because the number of components is reduced.
