PURPOSE: A hot pepper crusher is provided to automatically supply peppers to make ground pepper with eliminating metal substances, and to separate and crush hot pepper seeds and hot pepper skin at a time. CONSTITUTION: The crusher comprises: a metal separating part having a first hopper(1) stably attached on the ground, a transporting pipe(2) and a transporting screw(3); a pepper cutting part formed to rotate knives(7); a releasing hole(10) and a transporting screw(11) on a lower part of the pepper cutting part; a pepper seed hopper(17) having a separating net(12) of pepper seeds; a pepper seed crushing part(28) having small rollers(18,19) and a large roller(20); a first and a second pepper skin crushing parts(24,25) having two small rollers(21,22) and a large roller(23) installed on the releasing hole(10); and a ground pepper transporting screw(26).
