METHOD FOR CREATING PREDETERMINED VIEW OF DOCUMENT

PURPOSE: A method for creating predetermined view of a document is provided to identify a limited section of the document and prescribe attribute of the section. CONSTITUTION: A document writer designates document selection sections and allocates attributes to the sections. The attributes include receivers having the sections in self-view and further designate attributes such as a background color and a font used when a section is displayed. The document is formed using a document making application. At least two receivers of the document and at least one section are determined. The section is marked into predetermined section.
