PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treated material which improves the adhesion property of a corrosion resistant surface treating layer and particularly improves the adhesion property in secondary fabrication. SOLUTION: This member consists of a first layer containing 0.0001 to 15% >=1 kind of silicon, aluminum and zirconium and 0.01 to 35% >=1 kind of iron, cobalt, manganese, copper and nickel in a range where the total weight of the iron, cobalt, manganese, copper and nickel does not exceeds 50% and a second layer >=1 kind of Mo, W, V, Nb, Ta, Ti, Al, Ni, Na, K, Ca, Co, Cu, Mg, Mn, Ca, Ba, Fe, Sn, Zr, Ce, Sr, Cr, Zn, Ag, Si, P, S, N, Cl and F thereon and is subjected to a surface treatment.
