摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a galvanized steel sheet is provided to find the condition having the most superior rust preventive performance according to the change of the strength of {0001} texture by appropriately controlling temperature, pH and current density of an electrolyte comprised of zinc sulfate hydrate and ammonium sulfate and thickness of a plating layer. CONSTITUTION: In a method for manufacturing a galvanized steel sheet comprising the processes of pretreatment process of washing and pickling the surface of the steel sheet, main process of performing the plating by passing the washed and pickled steel sheet through the plating cell, and post-process of washing, oiling and drying the plated steel sheet, the method for manufacturing the galvanized steel sheet comprises the process of passing the steel sheet through a plating electrolyte consisting of 87 to 97 wt.% of ZnSO4·7H2O and 3 to 14 wt.% of (NH4)2SO4 at a current density ranging from 100 to 300 mA/cm2 under the electrolyte conditions of a temperature of 48 to 52 deg.C and pH of 3.5 to 4 so that a plating layer having a thickness of 5 to 7 microns is formed.
