PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide potato-processed food products that have increased taste without taste unevenness and are easy to handle by using edible emulsion. SOLUTION: The objective potato-processed food product 1 comprises three layers of food materials having the core of butter, the intermediate layer of ground potato 12 and the outer layer of egg-containing cuttlefish ground meat 14 that covers the potato intermediate layer. This potato-processed food product is heated in an electronic oven and the part of the butter is cut. Then, the butter that melts and still remains not soaks in the potato flows out deliciously. In addition, when the butter part is bitten, the molten butter enhances the taste of the potato deliciously. Finally, the flavor of the cuttlefish 14 adds thereto and the very delicious food product is provide. |
