The invention concerns a device for producing electricity from an alternator, comprising a motor unit consisting of a battery (18), a battery charger (20), a direct current motor (4) powered by said battery (18), a second alternating current electric motor (2), said two motors being interconnected by a mechanical drive (5), and an alternator (17). Said device is characterised in that between the powering unit (4-5-2) and the alternator (17), are provided a mechanical speed reducer (1) driven by said motor unit and at least a torque multiplication mechanical device (MC) driven by the mechanical speed reducer (1) which in turn drives the alternator (17) producing electric current whereof part is tapped via a switchgear console (19) to supply the battery charger (20) via an electric circuit (C1). |
