PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rescue device capable of reliably transporting a person to be rescued to a rescue place even in the case physical stamina is exhausted. SOLUTION: A ring provided near the rear end part of a plastic bottle rocket 10 and a first rope 31 made of synthetic resin is engaged with the ring 21. The first rope 31 is at least twice as long as a distance between a rescuer 41 and a person to be rescued 51 and folded back by the ring 21. Both end parts of the first rope 31 are arranged in the state of being contactable with the rescuer 41 and one end part of the first rope 31 is connected with a second rope 32 having sufficient strength. When the rocket 10 reaches the person 51, the rescuer 41 pulls the other end part of the first rope 31 to engage the second rope 32 with the rocket 10 by the ring 21 and pulls the second rope 32.
