SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ACTIVELY MONITORING INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

PURPOSE: An active intellectual property monitoring system and method is provided to actively monitor an illegal infringement of the intellectual property executable softwares or document files. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a file monitor and detection module(21), a file data recorder(22), a controller(25), a report condition setter(24), and a condition detector(23). The file monitor and detection module(21) monitors and detects illegally copied softwares and documents. The file data recorder(22) records the data on the illegally copied files according to the monitor result of the file monitor and detection module(21). The controller(25) analyzes various instructions transmitted from a monitor center, generates control signals for a real time request or a condition setting instruction, and transmits the data, satisfying the set condition among the data of the illegally copied files, to the monitor center. The condition detector(23) determines if there exists the data satisfying the set condition among the data of the illegally copied files.
