PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To instantaneously and accurately notify a subscriber who is out of a house where an abnormality has occurred. SOLUTION: When an abnormality is detected in a house 100 by plural sensors 110-1 to 110-n which are installed in the house 100, a personal computer 140 acquires a warning message from a data base 130 to the detected abnormality of the house 100, and transmits the warning message to a portable telephone set 300 together with the inside images of the house 100 which are photographed by digital cameras 120-1 to 120-n.
