PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the data precision of positional data to be used at the time of discriminating whether the contact point of a projection part is succeeded or not by a picture processing system. SOLUTION: When picture data of the projection part of a tube-like cell within a spacer 1 is remarkably deviated from the center of the fixed visual field of a display screen, a contact point detection means 16 lowers the magnification of the picture of a CCD camera 9 through a magnification adjustor 10 to match this input picture data obtained by lowering the magnification with picture data stored in a database part 15. The means 16 moves an X-Y table 6 through a table control part 7 based on positional data corresponding to picture data selected by matching.
