PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the productivity and to reduce the production cost. SOLUTION: In the method of producing a liquid crystal display device, one member is prepared in a process of (a) arranging and forming a plurality of protrusion arrangement regions consisting of a large number of protrusion parts 22 randomly arranged and formed in a larger region than a specified display region 25 on a mother glass 24, a process of (b) covering the protrusion arrangement regions with an electrode, and a process of (c) laminating an alignment layer 5 on the electrode 23. The one member is laminated with the other member prepared by successively forming a transparent electrode and an alignment layer on a mother glass, and then both mother glasses are cut. |
