PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the release agent supply device which can prevent a release agent from electrostatically being charged. SOLUTION: This release agent supply device is applied to a fixing device having a couple of fixing rotary bodies which rotate while pressed against each other and equipped with an oil roll which rotates in contact with the fixing rotary bodies; and the surface of the oil roll is made of a conductive material and the surface of the oil roll is electrically grounded.
