PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an airfield light monitor controller by which safety in the navigation of an aircraft can be attained and the job of an operator is reduced. SOLUTION: The input signals of a radio monitoring device 1 for detecting the position and the kind (an airline company name, a flight name and an aircraft kind name) of the aircraft which makes take-off or landing in an airfield are inputted to a shared LAN 4 and the input signal of a spot management system is also inputted to the LAN 4. A light monitor display device 3 displays the position and the kind of the aircraft on the simulation screen of the airfield in accordance with the signals of the position and the kind of the aircraft, which are inputted to the LAN 4.
