The devices are formed by one or more support components (4) rotatable in relation to the drive shaft and to which one or more blades are fixed. The angle of the surfaces of the blades in relation to each other is preferably between 55 and 75 degrees. The windmill is fitted on an installation for operation at sea. On the installation a number of windmills are fitted, spaced apart.
