Medical device comprises intraluminal implant (1) and internal inflatable balloon for radial expansion (11). Layer (15) of substance containing sugar, soluble in blood, is place at interface between implant and inflatable balloon. Layer increases relative axial holding force between implant and inflatable balloon. An Independent claim is also included for the method to obtain medical device.
