PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ticket processing system to suggest a usable seat and a date of performance of an event desired by a user to the user by keeping on searching them. SOLUTION: The user indicates a desired seat by inputting restriction of seat and a data base of an event matrix is searched to decide the next usable date when the desired seat is usable by a ticket processing system. The user can also input the restriction of date so that the next usable date to satisfy the restriction of date as well by a system. When the seat is found, the seat is suggested to the user by the system. If the user refuses the seat, the data base is kept on searching for the next usable date to follow the date of the suggested seat by the system and if the date exists, this seat satisfies the restriction of seat and date. |
