<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To limit the user and the controller of motor-driven vehicle and enable simple and accurate operation control. SOLUTION: A secondary battery 30, which can be charged, a motor 9 driving a running part like a wheel, a control means 5 performing control for driving the motor 9 with the power of the battery 30, a clock means 7 counting a present time, a wheel rotation detecting means 10 detecting rotation of a wheel, and an interface means 15 are installed. Vehicle control information is formed by the control means 5, on the basis of data from the clock means 7 and the detecting means 10. The interface means 15 is used form making a detachable external storage medium store the control information and reading it.</p> |
