SOLUTION: Various information guided or introduced through a television or a radio registered by a user is managed for each user, and also users having common hobbies and tastes are grouped, and the various information is managed also for each group so that user can use not only the information registered by himself or herself but also information registered by the other users having the common hobbies and tastes. Also, an information provider side can provide recommended information to the users based on the information managed for each group.
