PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee the minimum access to a shared resource. SOLUTION: This invention relates to a function system constituted of a set function F which requires access to a shared resource(RSRC). The system may be a processing system which is provided with plural processors which require access to a shared memory. It is desired that the minimum access is guaranteed for one or plural functions, and that the access is accompanied with flexibility in a certain level in terms of cost. The system is provided with an interface(INT) for realizing an access scheme(AS) featured by plural states(S) changed in a prescribed sequence (way). A certain state(S) constitutes possibility that access with certain applied length can be executed, and defines a priority order when a certain function(F) performs access to the shared resource(RSRC).
