PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loudspeaker that can easily be manufactured with high sound quality. SOLUTION: The speaker is provided with a frame 1, a diaphragm 4 of a plate shape provided contactlessly to an inside of the frame 1, and a drive mechanism that is fixed to a mount 18 fitted to the frame 1 to provide vibration to the diaphragm 4. A clearance 50 is formed between a projection member 33 provided in the drive mechanism 20 and a joint member 46 provided in the diaphragm 4 and having a larger diameter than that of the projection member 33, an adhesive 51 is filled in the clearance 50 and solidified to connect and fix the diaphragm 4 and the drive mechanism 20. Thus, the loudspeaker A that can be easily manufactured with high sound quality, can be provided.
