PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect even an object to be analyzed not suitable for a sandwich technique by an immunochromatography and to accurately decide the object. SOLUTION: A specimen applying site 2 applied by a liquid-like specimen, a labeled specific connective substance-containing site 3 containing a labeled specific connective substance and a detecting site 4 for detecting the substance are formed of porous carriers, and sequentially aligned from an upstream side to a downstream side. The labeled specific connective substance movable to the site 4 in a wet state and connected to an object to be analyzed of a predetermined amount is contained in the site 3. An object to be analyzed or a chemically modified article 5 of the object is immobilized to the site 4.
