PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relay having easy electricity connection and good workability. SOLUTION: A relay has a top portion of a pair of standing fragments 21, 22 mounted on a box-type base 10 in parallel as fixed contacts 23, 24, and comprises an almost U-shaped iron core disposed in a bottom of the box-type base 10, an annular coil unit 30 inserted in a direction of the standing fragment 21 of the iron core, and a movable contact 40 positioning a circumference edge in an opening edge of the box-type base 10 and opposing a movable contact fragment 46 mounted on the underside to permit to attach and detach to the fixed contacts 23, 24 of the iron core 20.
