<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional congestion notice method where segment cross control by each connection has been disabled. SOLUTION: The congestion notice method for a network system where congestion control for connections is executed while being divided into segment blocks, includes a 1st processing step where judgment is executed as to whether or not occurrence of a congestion state is to be given to a pre-stage segment on the basis of an OR condition between a congestion indication in an RM cell received from a post-stage segment and a congestion state of a forward transmission queue, a 2nd processing step where congestion indication and indication denoting an RM cell beyond a segment are given to the RM cell received from a post-stage segment when a notice of the congestion state to the pre-stage segment in the 1st processing step is decided, and a 3rd processing step where the segment cross RM cell generated in the 2nd processing step is transmitted to the pre-stage segment in a reverse direction to a direction of a user cell stream being a control object.</p> |
