PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process cartridge, an electrophotographic image forming device, a developing device, a developer amount detecting device, and a developer amount detecting member which can detect the rest of a developer in a developer container continuously at low cost while suppressing variance in measurement error and detected value. SOLUTION: A measuring electrode member 20A equipped with an input-side and an output-side electrode, a reference electrode member 20B which is arranged where it never comes into contact with a developer and has an input-side and an output-side electrode, an output contact point for the measuring electrode which is electrically connected to the output-side electrode of the measuring electrode member 20A, an output contact point for the reference electrode which is electrically connected to the output-side electrode of the reference electrode member 20B, and a common input contact point which is electrically connected to the input-side electrodes of the measuring electrode member 20A and reference electrode member 20B are provided; and the measuring electrode member and reference electrode member are formed in one body and electrode patterns formed of the input-side and output-side electrodes are formed on the same surface of the same substrate. |
