The device includes a circular washing receptacle having a central rotating base having disinfectant nozzles with belts, embedded between three slabs of concrete, and situated on a flat base, with a small shower head. There is also a photo-electric cell placed in the interior of one of the slabs of concrete. The flat base is movable and height adjustable. The photo-electric cell senses the dog and starts its washing/drying and determines the drying rate proportional to the size of the dog. A smart-card reader can be used to calculate the charge for the treatment and deduct the appropriate fee.
