PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which does not have a drawback incapable of being solved by an EPR (electrochemical-reactivation-rate measuring) method and in which the sensitive degree of a metal material is evaluated simply and safely in a field. SOLUTION: A metal material is irradiated with an ultrasonic wave to measure the ultrasonic characteristic of the metal material, and the sensitive degree of the metal material is evaluated on the basis thereof. |
