PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a shaft, a container or the like, which require strength, from getting too expensive, and prevent increase of production cost and inventory. SOLUTION: The rotating shaft and a case are divided into the portion having dimension change and the portion not having dimension change hollowing the pole number change. For this reason, a cantilever bearing is formed. If the rotating shaft is divided into a portion held by a bearing and a portion maintaining a collector ring and fixed by screwing, caulking, adhesion, etc., the portion of the rotating shaft held by the bearing need not to be changed in dimension against a change in pole number, thereby being used for general purposes. Similarly, if the case is divided into a portion fixing a bearing and a portion maintaining a brush and are fixed by screwing, calking, adhesion, etc., the portion of the case fixing the bearing need not to be changed in dimension depending on the change in pole number, thereby being used for all purposes.
