<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image exposure device by which the adjustment of a focal position is highly accurately executed at a high speed without necessitating the reduction of the weight of a lens or other components. SOLUTION: The image exposure device to form an image by exposure with light is constituted of an exposure light source 1, a stage 5 linearly moving on a guide 4, a lens 2 to project and radiate light from the exposure light source 1 fixed on the stage 5 to an exposure surface 3, a piezoelectric actuator 6 to adjust the focal position by the lens 2 by moving the stage 5 along the guide 4 in accordance with a driving signal inputted, a means 7 to measure the distance between the stage 5 and the exposure surface 3 and a means 8 to calculate the moving amount of the stage 5 in accordance with the distance measured and to output the driving signal to the piezoelectric actuator 6.</p> |
