PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce abrasive deterioration of a stator internal surface of a screw pump as a constituent element of a collected toner conveyance unit in an image forming device equipped with the collected toner conveyance unit which conveys toner collected by a photosensitive body cleaning device, etc., to a developing device. SOLUTION: The collected toner conveyance unit 320 is equipped with a female screw type stator 332 made of an elastic body, a male screw type rotor 331 which is inserted rotatably into the stator 332 and rotates in contact with the stator internal surface to move toner along the axis, a screw pump 330 having a holder 338 which contains the stator 332, and a means which supplies air for fluidizing toner between the holder inner peripheral surface and stator outer peripheral surface of the screw pump 330. At the outer peripheral part of the stator 332, a shape holding member 344 which holds the external surface shape of the stator 332 is provided to prevent the stator 332 from resonating owing to the eccentric rotation of the rotor 331, and then partial abrasive deterioration of the stator 332 due to the partial contacting of the rotor 331 with the stator 332 is prevented. |
