MONITORING METHOD AND DEVICE USING TELEVISION CAMERA

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the image display when an alarm is generated in intruding object recognition image processing for recognizing an intruder or an intruding object within a monitoring area in a CCTV device for monitoring that monitors, e.g. an intruder or an intruding object about a monitor using a television camera. SOLUTION: An image processor for monitoring records a video signal obtained from the television camera picking up an image within the monitoring area in a plurality of image memories, processes the video signal among the image memories by using a CPU and automatically recognizes an intruding object and an intruder. These method and device using the television camera store and display the image of image processing results when the alarm is generated.
