PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing device for an automatic vending machine which facilitates the replenishment work of commodities from the front of an auto matic vending machine by first-in first-out of the commodities and can house various and a large amount of commodities without making a large dead space. SOLUTION: This device is provided vertically with plural stages of slant rack 2 which consist of a commodity feeding side slant rack part 4 having a commodity feeding end 3 on its upper end side, a commodity taking-out side slant rack part 6 having a commodity taking-out side end 5 on its lower end side and a transversely feeding part 7 connecting the lower end part of the part 4 and the upper end part of the part 6, has a U shape when viewing from the top, and inclines from the end 3 toward the end 5 in a continuous down grade direction, and mounts commodities G in a line between the end 2 and the end 5.
