PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize an optical head device by constituting an optical element having plural functions, such as phase difference generation, in combination. SOLUTION: The optical element is formed by fixing a transparent substrate 11 having an opening control function and a transparent substrate 14 having a wave front aberration correction function with an adhesive 13 from both sides across an organic thin film 12 having double refractiveness such optical elements is assembled into the optical head device. |
