PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device which prevents picture quality from decreasing resulting from the formation of an offset image without any deficiency of oil in coating felt. SOLUTION: In a full-color image forming device, this fixing device has a roller which has a parting layer as its top layer and a pressure roller which is pressed against the fixing roller and fixes an unfixed toner image on recording paper by a nip part between those rollers, the fixing device has a parting material coating means which has a parting material coating means for applying a parting material on the fixing roller side and no parting material supply mechanism on the pressure roller side, and the fixing device rotates for a certain time in standby mode. |
