PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with the increase of clinical records in a state that costs are reduced in an in-hospital LAN system into which electronic clinical records are integrated. SOLUTION: This in-hospital LAN system is provided with plural grouped terminal equipment PC, a local server LS set for each group, a control server MS for controlling each local server LS, and a disk type recording equipment DAC connected with each local server LS. When a patient does not come to the hospital in a fixed period or more, the clinical records of the patient are recognized as inactive clinical records, and the data of the clinical records are transferred from the local server LS to a disk D of the disk type recording equipment DAC. The large amounts of data can be recorded in the disk type recording equipment DAC so that costs can be made lower than costs to be required for increasing any server LS. |
