PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device making the image producing part easily replaced to a different kind of the part, in getting along with small space of mounting the device. SOLUTION: This image forming device is constituted by disposing the image forming unit 1 provided with the image forming part for forming the image, and the unit 100 for feeding, transporting and sorting recording material 14 on which the image formed by the image forming part 10 is transferred in attachably and detachable, and moreover overlapping/arranging recording material feeding parts 6 constituting a recording material processing unit, in which recording material trays 3, 4 and 5 are overlapped/arranged, and furthermore overlapping/arranging a sorter 2 in which plural sorting trays 8 for discharging/ recording material after the image transfer being overlapped/arranged so that recording material feeding sides 3a, 3b and 3c of recording material feeding part and the recording material introducing side 8a is respectively located on the same side, and then a transporting part 7 transporting the recording material before transfer from a transfer part 18 to the sorting part, is arranged on the position opposite to the recording material feeding side and the recording material introducing side. |
