PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing ceramic heater that can completely prevent dust from remaining when stacking and compressing a green sheet in manufacturing the ceramic heater where a heater resistor is arranged between ceramic substrates. SOLUTION: A ceramic heater is obtained by making green sheet through mixing a slurry composed of 1-octadecanol, polyvinyl butyral, dibutyl phthalate as a softener, and blending solvent of methyl ethyl ketone and toluene all of 1-10 weight with raw materials of ceramic consisting of Al2O3 powder, SiO2 powder, CaCO3 powder, and MgCO3 powder of 100 weight and a sintering assisting component of 100 weight, producing a green sheet by the doctor blade method, compressing it at 65 deg.C and pressure 4 MPa by a compressing unit after stacking it on another green sheet into which a heater pattern is formed, and winding it on an insulator rod, and calcining it at 1530-1550 deg.C for 1-2 hours. |
