PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tab tape with stiffener which can reduce wiring inductance and inductive crosstalk and can be manufactured inexpensively. SOLUTION: In a tab tape with stiffener of a structure that a tab tape 10 consisting of circuit pattern having a signal circuit 2 on a tape base material 3 made of an insulating film with a part of this circuit pattern insulated with an insulating film 8 is bonded with a stiffener 30 via an adhesive 20, the above- mentioned TAB tape 10 is so structured that it has the signal circuit 2 with a thickness of 3.5μm or less and that the tape base material 3 immediately under it has a thickness of 75μm or less and underlaid with an electric conductive layer 9 with a thickness of 5μm or more immediately under it.
