PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further reduce the thickness of a small-sized motor and prevent lead wires from being brought into contact with windings, a core, magnets, etc. SOLUTION: A case cover 10 for a small-sized motor comprises a cover plate 11, which closes the opening of a motor case 1, a brush holder 12 which is coupled with and fixed to the cover plate 11, a pair of brushes 13 and lead wires 14 connected to the brushes 13. The cover plate 11 and the brush holder 12 are coupled with each other by a recessed part 15, which is formed in the cover plate 11 and has a predetermined width in the radial direction and a coupling part 16, which is formed on the brush holder 12 and has a shape coupled with the recessed part 15. An overhanging part 25 is formed on the circumference part of the brush holder so as to form a space between the cover plate 11 and itself. The lead wires 14, which are laid in the circumference part of the brush holder, are drawn out to the outside through the space.
