PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image-forming device with which an index sheet is outputted by a simple operation in addition to a normal copy output, and moreover the index sheet is obtained, even when presentation mode is selected. SOLUTION: This image-forming device is provided with an image input means for inputting image data and an image-forming means for executing a prescribed image-forming processing, to image data which are inputted from the image input means. The device is also provided with an index output means for reducing the plurality kind of image data inputted from the image input means, generating the index sheet arranged on one sheet and outputting it. Beside, the index output means is operation-started, when the presentation mode is executed in the image-forming device which is provided with a presentation mode function.
