PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cooling efficiency and to make a structure simple, compact and inexpensive. SOLUTION: An oil communicating pipe 14 is provided for communicating the lower part of a conservator 9, positioned on the upper side of a main body 1 of a transformer and the upper part of the main body 1 of transformer, and for communicating the upper end of such a communicating part and the upper part of a cooler 6 positioned by the side of the main body 1 of the transformer.
